She made a good early impression with the release of Ibadi in 2014 and has since then, shown at different instances that she has the material to excel in the industry. One of the key things to look out for in the forthcoming album is her synergy with ace producer Sarz. Niniola made her excitement about the album evident in her post, which she captioned;

See The 6 Most Creative Nigerian Artistes At The Moment – Do You Agree?

When it comes to the music industry, there are people who start trends and people who jump on them and there are people who are only in competition with themselves.

Today we’ve come up with a list of the 6 most unique Nigerian pop artists of the moment. We tried making the list up to ten but these six artists below are the artists we think are extremely different in the industry right now.

Well, the list you are going to see below is judged based on their music genre, style of singing and their vocal uniqueness.

Well, we made some notable mentions after the top 6, find them below.

6. Patoranking

Patoranking is a great “Reggae Pop” singer, his uniqueness is quite obvious to many music lovers, judging from his hit single; Girlie’O, to collabos he has made since gaining stardom we can tell his style of music is different.

He just doesn’t sound like a normal reggae musician he sounds like he’s got his own style different from reggae, patoranking does not jump on trends, he starts trends, look at his most recent songs like, Love You Die, available and sure different.

5. Adekunle Gold

Adekunle Gold is an artist who came into limelight in year 2015 after the release of his first song “Sade” he sings Urban highlife, he has shown he is a gifted artist with songs he’s released since gaining stardom.

Adekunle’s voice is unique in his own way, he showed that in a couple songs he has done. In a simple expression Adekunle can be said to be a Pop,highlife, RnB artist altogether.

4. Falz

We all can agree Falz‘s versatility is on another level, he came in unique and still doing unique. His last album titled 27 gave us different sounds and styles.

Falz is creative and versatile when it comes to the content.

3. Niniola

House music in Nigeria is not apriciated as much as it should be, despite that fact this beautiful lady is currently killing it.

Niniola has dropped several unique sounds in the past that didn’t do really well, she gave us songs like, SokeJigi Jigi and the likes, if you take a little time to listen to all her music you would know she is a rare gem.

Niniola is currently the King and Queen of house music in Nigeria.

2. Simi

Simi is probably one of the most creative minds in the music industry.

Since the days of Tiff, see what she did with songs like Open and CloseJoromiJamb Question and her debut album has showed everyone how serious she takes her craft. And her producer Oscar is a freaking genius.

1. Burna Boy

Oh Finally, meet the number 1 person on the list, it is the almighty Burna Boy.

No arguments, no doubts Burna has the most unique voice in the music industry presently, you just can’t sound like him, he is a real definition of anything called AFRO-MUSIC, he makes the Afro beats sound like Afro-beats, his sound and beats sound so unique, Burnaboy is sure a well gifted musician when it comes to his style of music which he calls AFRO-FUSION, he still do what he does, he hasn’t changed his style.

Notable Mentions: Teni, Terry Apala, Johnny Drille, Runtown, Maleek Berry

WOW: Harrysong Sells Out The 40,000 Capacity Warri City Stadium (See Pictures)

The Kingmaker himself Harrysong breaks a record In Warri.

”Congratulations Harrysong, you did it. Let’s do it again and again”, D’Banj said as he rounded up his set on the night of the 29th of April at the Warri City Stadium for the Harrysong’s ‘Kingmaker Concert’.

Harrysong and his superstar lineup filled up the 40,000 capacity stadium at the restive Niger Delta city. The successful event is a first in many fronts – from being the first ever concert at the Warri City stadium, uniting thousands of residents and indigenes in Warri without a negative incident to being the third African artiste to have filled up a stadium in the last decade years.

Reacting to the feat, PA to the Delta State governor said:

”We are proud of you. Governor Okowa will always be there for you. Your appreciation will get to him. He saw everything and the mammoth crowd. You are a great Deltan.”

Harrysong in an Instagram post shared his appreciation to the line up of artistes which included Niniola, D’Banj, Duncan Mighty, Erigga, Orezi, Dezign, and hosted by Do2dtun, Ogus Baba and I Go Dye making an appearance on stage. The event was broadcast live on HipTV and supported by MTVBase, TraceNaija and Soundcity TV.

“We did it, Warri did it and I can’t wait to do it again in 2019, this year’s edition was more of a learning process – honestly didn’t expect it to sell out. However, lessons have been learned and next years would be like nothing Warri and Africa has ever experienced, take my word.

Thank you Warri and everybody that supported,“ Harrysong said as he preps to release his collaborative effort entitled ‘Selense’ with Reekado Banks and Kiss Daniel.

Kingmaker Concert is an annual music concert in Warri City Stadium, Delta State headlined by Harrysong and powered by AlterPlate Music Company.

Checkout The 5 Albums That Will Be Dropping Before The End Of October (Choose Your Choice)

Which of these Album will you buy when it drops?

The Nigerian music industry is getting hotter by the day as we are experiencing a very healthy competition from all artistes in the country. This will surely bring about nothing but great songs.

From the onset, it is widely accepted that Nigeria has got the Best & Finest Musicians in Africa as a whole. Nigerian Musicians are doing a great job as they are using good music to repair the bad reputation of Nigeria worldwide.

To buttress the point and increase the sense of justification, there are numerous musicians that will be dropping their albums before the end of the year and 5 of them has even assured us the album release would happen before the end of October.

Check below for the 5 musicians that have promised to release their respective albums before the end of this month.

1. Yung L – Better Late Than Never

The Chocolate City Music act who just had his album listening party followed by the release of the album track list is one of the most anticipated projects of this month.

The album is a sure way to break him to the stardom as he included the track ‘Gbera’ that is currently enjoying massive waves of acceptance from people.

The album titled “BLTN (Better Late Than Never)” is scheduled to be released on Friday, October 13th and we are very confident of the album being a hit.

2. Yemi Alade – Black Magic

Mama Africa is another musician giving fans more hopeful thoughts in anticipation of her album release. Her album is titled “Black Magic” which sparkles more controversies among fans as why album could be named after a popular artiste in the country.

The “Johnny” crooner sits at the top of the most ranked female artistes in Nigeria and we are hopeful the album will prove her worth and push her even to greater heights.

3. Yung6ix – High Star

Fast growing Nigerian rapper, Yung6ix is another artiste whose album release will shake the industry before the end of this month.

The album “High Star’ will be his sophomore album will be released soon according to the Warri born singer himself on Instagram few moments ago.

The album will surely be an avenue to prove himself to music lovers again in Nigeria that he’s one of the best rappers Nigerians are blessed with as the album features many big figures in the industry like MI, Davido, Niniola, Ycee, Phyno and many more.

4. M.I Abaga – Young Dezl

Arguably the rapper with the most flawless flows in Nigeria is back to claim back his lost crown in the rap phase of the music industry. The chocolate city boss who has lost little of his relevance in the industry is ready to amaze his fans that he still got more to offer.

The chairman will also release the album this moth and its named “Young Dezl” which gives all rap lovers a well joyful mood of anticipation as MI is one of few artistes in Nigeria who never disappoints in delivering accurate and good music.

5. Harry Song – King Maker

Mr Song who broke up with 5 star music record label recently is out to release another album under the roof of another label.

Harry song who revealed having his own record label “Alter Plate” has been his lifetime dream and an opportunity of showing his own unique sound without distractions which is why many fans are waiting for what he has got to offer after leaving 5 star music for his own label as he named the album ‘King Maker’.
